I’m Kate Poole, founder of Evolution Safety, and I’ve spent my career helping organisations across the UK create safer, smarter, and more compliant workplaces. With a solid background in health and safety management across some of the UK’s most high-risk industries — including construction, waste management, and mineral extraction — I bring real, hands-on experience from the frontline to every project and every client.
Before launching Evolution Safety, I worked closely with site managers, contractors, and business owners to design and implement health and safety systems that actually work in practice, not just on paper. That experience shaped my belief that effective safety management should be clear, practical, and people-focused — helping teams understand not just what to do, but why it matters.

Our mission isn’t about box-ticking or endless paperwork — it’s about real behavioural change, strong safety cultures, and systems that keep people safe and businesses compliant.
